Frequently Asked Questions -
My child is missing front teeth. Can she/he still model?
It is best to begin a modeling career WITH teeth. Then when this natural process occurs, clients already know that your child is a good model and will continue to book them. Bottom missing teeth are rarely a cause for concern because they usually do not show up in smiles. Some clients even ASK for kids that may have lost their teeh. However, both top teeth missing may cause us to wait for photography until the teeth are nearly in so that the marketing materials will last a longer time. We can always produce non-smiling model card, also known as an "Editorial" look. Some clients actually prefer this look over the wide open grin. Parents must always keep the agency informed of missing teeth so the clients have an up to date idea of what the child looks like before they are booked. |
