How much does it cost to get started in Modeling and Acting?

Depending on the age and size of your model or actor, different requirements are needed for marketing. For models over the age of 3, you should expect to spend a few hundered dollars on photography and prints for your marketing materials (for models, marketing materials would be comp cards, for actors, and 8x10 color headshot with a resume on the back- For each audition or booking, you will take at least 1-2 copies of your current headshot or comp card). Furthermore, models may be required to prepare a modeling bag containing shoes and necessary items to complement a fashion related booking. Both models and actors also must be prepared to drive to auditions, which are non paid.
